It has been three years since our last downtime for infrastructure migration. Over the past year, the costs charged by our existing cloud hosting provider have risen significantly. To keep our services stable over the long term, we have decided to migrate to a lower-cost, more stable cloud computing provider, and to migrate and upgrade our database version and architecture at the same time.
Maintenance Window
We have scheduled maintenance during off-peak hours, with an expected downtime of 3 hours:

During maintenance, the website and API services will be unavailable. Once maintenance is complete, we will restore service as soon as possible and update this announcement.
Note: Three hours is a conservative estimate; maintenance may be completed earlier.
Need to keep using the API during maintenance?
If you need continuous API access during the maintenance window, you can contact our customer support in advance to apply for a temporary API endpoint that will not be affected by this maintenance:
- Eligibility: Account balance of at least 1,000 CNY or 150 USD
- Billing: Charges incurred during maintenance will be deducted from your account balance after maintenance is complete
- Contact: Email us at [email protected], or click the online customer service button in the lower-right corner of the website
